Service terms

Effective 30 October 2026 · Oru Studio LLC

These terms are between the merchant and Oru Studio LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By accepting in the app, you confirm you are authorized to bind the merchant. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms; our privacy policy explains how data is used.

The service

ShipReconcile matches uploaded CSV charges to recent Shopify orders and provides reports. You must be authorized to upload these records. Keep copies of source invoices and verify mappings, taxes, credits and completeness before relying on a report.

Charges and cancellation

The free audit supports 25 stored charge rows. Pro is $29 USD every 30 days after a 14-day trial, approved through Shopify. Pro includes 5,000 imported charge rows per UTC calendar month without automatic overage fees. Cancel through the app or uninstall. Shopify handles subscription charges and applicable taxes.

Limits

We do not submit carrier claims, guarantee refunds, determine liability or provide a complete accounting profit calculation. A negative shipping balance can be intentional. Matching is limited to recent orders available to the app, and late invoices or missing tracking records may remain unmatched. Currency conversion and automated carrier downloads are not included.

Data and availability

Invoices are retained for 90 days and order snapshots for 60 days. Export records you need to preserve. The service depends on Shopify, your uploaded data and hosting availability. Contact naimkst@gmail.com for support, billing disputes and data requests. No guaranteed uptime or response-time commitment is offered. We may suspend misuse or processing that creates a security or legal risk, and will give notice where practicable. Wyoming law governs these terms except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Changes affecting material rights will be notified before taking effect; new data-processing versions require acceptance in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
