Data we use

We process your shop domain and Shopify access credentials to provide the service. We store order identifiers, order dates, shipment tracking numbers, currencies, tax-basis flags and shipping totals. Invoice imports retain only the five mapped columns and the import name. We do not request shopper names, addresses or email addresses, and do not retain the uploaded file or unmapped columns.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used to match carrier invoices to orders, calculate shipping balances, provide reports, support billing and respond to privacy requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Contabo GmbH supplies our hosting and database infrastructure. Oru Studio LLC is a United States entity. See our data processing agreement for service providers, international-transfer conditions and merchant instructions. Shopify processes app subscription charges.

Retention and deletion

Invoice imports expire after 90 days and order snapshots after 60 days. Uninstalling removes your app data when Shopify’s uninstall notification is received. Mandatory shop-redaction requests also erase data. Customer erasure removes known linked orders and affected invoice imports; minimal order identifiers prevent deleted records from being reimported. Temporary data-request exports are deleted when marked fulfilled. Encrypted local infrastructure backups expire after 7 days. Before restoring a backup, erasure requests must be reapplied before the service returns to use.

Your choices

Export or delete invoices in the app. Contact the operator to request access, correction or erasure. We process Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks and provide requested data to the store owner for delivery to the customer. Store owners remain responsible for their customer communications.
